Returns / Refunds

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase.  If for any reason you're not, you can return new and unused items within 15 days of the receipt of the product.  The product can be returned for a refund or exchange, less any shipping and processing fees. 

ALL SALE ITEMS at 40% discount or more are considered final sale and can not be returned.  

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we can send you a return shipping label (that will be deducted from your refund amount)  or you are welcome to ship it yourself to:  Attn: Returns 101 Oak St. Hood River, Oregon, 97031

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

If we send you a return label will be deducted from the return amount.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Contact us at: cory@dougshoodriver.com to resolve any issues. 

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items over 40% off or gift cards.

Exchanges
Contact us at cory@dougshoodriver.com to start the process for an exchange.

Refunds
If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment, minuses any shipping fee incurred using a return label provided by us within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
