Shipping Information
- Shipping on non-oversized orders $99.00 or over is free of charge to customers within the Continental U.S. Excludes - Alaska, Hawaii, Guam & Puerto Rico. Shipping under $99 is a flat rate of $8.
- Shipping to the US Territories, Alaska & Hawaii is $15
- Free shipping will be either USPS Ground Advantage, USPS Parcel Select Ground, or UPS Ground Saver (at the discretion of Doug's Hood River).
- Transit times vary from 2-10 business days (Saturday and Sunday are not considered business days).
- Express shipping is available for $75 and guarantees delivery in 2 business days.
- Oversized items do not qualify for free shipping and have their own shipping rates.

Order Processing
- Processing Time. Please allow one business day from time of placing your order for processing. Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends.
- Expedited Orders. If placed on a business day by 1:00PM PST expedited orders will ship the same day. If placed on a weekend or holiday, or after 1:00PM PST an expedited order will ship the next business day.
- Note on Expedited Orders. Expedited options are not delivered on weekends and major holidays. If an order ships Next Day Air on Friday, it is delivered Monday.
- Tracking. Once your package has shipped, you will receive an email notification from Doug's Hood River with your tracking number within 24 hours.
- Out of Stock Items. Although we do our best to stock all items shown on our site, occasionally we do run out. In this case, you will be notified within 1-2 business days of placing your order.
Due to their size and/or weight water department boards are excluded from our free shipping offer.
