Here's Doug's Hood River shipping policy!
- Orders are processed Monday-Friday.
- Any items purchased online on a Friday after 2:00 PM Pacific time will be shipped out on that following Monday morning.
- We try to process orders same day, but please note we do allow ourselves up to 24 hours to get your order processed and shipped out.
- All our items are shipped directly from our single store here in Hood River, Oregon.
- We offer free shipping over $99.00 USD
- Shipping in Oregon shouldn’t take more than 3 days in transit.
- Shipping outside of Oregon can take up 4-7 days in transit.
- Shipping also varies depending on extenuating circumstances

Shipping Transit Times
- USPS Mail: 2-7 Days in Transit
- UPS/Fedex Ground All Other States: 3-7 Business days
- UPS/FedEx 2nd Day - 2 business days
- UPS/FedEx Next Day - 1 business day

USPS Priority Mail service times in transit are estimated and are not guaranteed.
All free ground shipping will be done via either USPS Mail, UPS Ground, or FedEx Ground. dougshoodriver.com reserves the right to ship with either of these services.
Orders are shipped during regular business hours Monday-Friday. All orders with expedited shipping will be handled first, but please note that orders can take 1-2 business days to be processed and shipped once your order is placed. Doug's does not ship out on the weekends.
